Why Does a 24V System Need a 24V-to-24V Converter?

A nominal 24V source can vary with battery charge, cable losses and changes in loading. If the voltage exceeds the connected equipment’s permitted range, control devices may reset or stop operating.

A Regulated Supply for Control Equipment

The MDF350-24S24 accepts 18–36VDC input and supplies 24VDC at 14.58A, providing 350W for compatible PLCs, I/O modules, sensors and auxiliary electronics.

It creates a dedicated, isolated 24V power rail between the source and downstream loads.

Why We Can Do It

  • 18–36VDC input range: accommodates variation around a nominal 24V source.

  • ±0.5% line and load regulation: supports steady-state output stability.

  • >1500VDC input-to-output isolation: separates the two power circuits.

  • Electrical and thermal protection: addresses abnormal operating conditions.

Select for Your Actual System

Confirm the source voltage range, total load, startup current and cooling conditions. Isolation should also be reviewed alongside signal wiring and grounding.
